One of the major reasons that we started working with Azita was that her thoughts were the closest to what we had in mind. Even with that, I still felt from time to time, especially at the very beginning, that I couldn’t agree with some of the scopes or the details of her renovation plans. I could see that Azita used various opportunities to explain her ideas from different angles. She was quite persistent, but she never pushed. I eventually gave up and followed most of the arrangements from her and her designer. Looking back at the completed work later, I realized that their suggestions had helped create a much more cohesive modern style than what I could have led the house to. I am somewhat a handy person, but that seemed to have gotten in the way. I could have enjoyed a much easier time just to follow the professionals. Learning from that initial stage, I totally let Azita handle the later marketing and selling process without intervention at all. She sought input from us at major junctures, was willing to make suggestions during negotiations, but always worked with what we felt comfortable with without rushing us into decisions. Her experience really helped us when we got anxious about things that were not important. In the end, everything worked out very well and I appreciated that Azita was always available and responsive whenever I needed her input or assistance.

We worked with Azita as we searched for a new house and sold our current home in Preston Village, Cary. Azita acted as our buyers agent and our selling agent during this time. I have to say that she was absolutely fantastic to work with, giving us excellent advice on both buying and selling, ultimately helping us to find the perfect home we wanted and found a buyer for our property. At all times she was extremely professional and patient, especially when we were searching for a home; there were many times we turned down great properties as they did not quite meet our needs. At no time did Azita pressure us, but simply provided good and sound input to help. During the selling process, she provided great advice to make sure our house was in the best possible condition to be attractive to buyers and then worked tirelessly when we were on the market. In addition, she guided us carefully though all the myriad of forms required in buying and selling and was responsive and available for questions at any time of the day. It is true to say that we would not be in our new home having sold our current house without Azita; it was certainly a journey and we were glad she was with us. We highly recommend her.
